Streamlined service - allowing us to accept projects under $50K
Steveson is a sole proprietorship, so the owner covers most of the managerial responsibilities. We also utilize subcontractors in lieu of employees. In terms of scale, this positions us between handyman and design-build contractor. Many of our projects are below the $50K threshold that most design-build contractors observe, and which establishes our niche.

Our projects range in scope from renovations to full remodels. Our design work is done by the owner, so we appeal to clients who don't require a dedicated design team, and those who are content with their own tastes.
